Our specialists have successfully completed modernization, maintenance and major repairs of equipment for private and state-owned enterprises, in particular, for branches of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".

  • Inspection of the mechanical part with partial opening and disassembly of nodes and mechanisms, control of the condition of linear guides, sliding guides, ball screws, bearings, control of the geometric accuracy of machines;
  • Repair of electrical components and pneumatics;
  • Spare parts production according to drawings and technical specifications;
  • Production, installation and any type of metalworking to order: preparatory work; earthworks; installation of concrete, reinforced concrete structures; production and installation of metal structures;
  • Metal processing works: turning, milling and threading, drilling operations; assembly and welding works, mechanical assembly and welding operations; metal cutting, sheet cutting on a guillotine, punching, stamping, corner cutting on a press; metal rolling on sheet metal rollers, pipe bending with a pipe bender, metal bending services on sheet benders, edge benders, sandblasting of metal.
